Our Top Four kit tests for the top four STIs – chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV. Sample collection will involve swabs and/or urine as well as blood collection. All of these STI/STDs most commonly show no symptoms.
Gonorrhea is a bacterial infection that lives on the warm and wet lining inside your pee hole, vagina, butt hole or throat. Gonorrhea is treatable, but you can get it over and over again.
It often doesn’t look like anything, this is called being asymptomatic. Depending on what parts of your body you use during sex, Gonorrhea may look different for different people. If you use a penis during sex it may feel like burning when you pee, painful/swollen balls, or a white/yellow/green goo coming out of your penis. If you use a vagina during sex it may feel like burning when you pee, increased discharge from your vagina, or bleeding between periods. If you use your butt hole during sex it may look like a discharge or bleeding from your butt hole, a sore or itchy butthole, or pain when you poop.
When the warm and wet lining of your pee hole, vagina, butt hole or throat comes in contact with those parts on a partner, or any of the fluids from those areas(not just cum), Gonorrhea can be shared. This usually happens during vaginal sex, anal sex, oral sex or any combination of the three.
Gonorrhea usually looks like nothing at all, which is why it is so good at getting around, so the only way to know is to get tested.
Chlamydia is a bacterial infection that lives on the warm and wet lining inside your pee hole, vagina, butt hole or throat. Chlamydia is treatable, but you can get it over and over again.
It often doesn’t look like anything, this is called being asymptomatic. Depending on what parts of your body you use during sex, Chlamydia may look different for different people. It may feel like burning when you pee, swollen/painful balls, itchiness/discomfort or even bleeding from your butthole. It can also cause a funky pus to come out of your penis or vagina.
When the warm and wet lining of your pee hole, vagina, butt hole or throat comes in contact with those parts on a partner, or any of the fluids from those areas(not just cum), Chlamydia can be shared. This usually happens during vaginal sex, anal sex, oral sex or any combination of the three.
Chlamydia can look like nothing at all, which is why it is so good at getting around, so the only way to know is to get tested.
Syphilis is a bacterial infection that is easily shared between partners. A syphilis infection usually starts out as a sore or sores at the spot you received it but progresses through different stages affecting different areas throughout your body. Syphilis is simple to treat but can be serious if left untreated.
Syphilis usually starts out as a red sore or sores at the spot where it entered your skin. It is tricky though because it changes the longer you have it through a few different stages. It may look like a sore, a rash on your body or hands, swollen lymph nodes or a fever. It may also appear to heal on its own. Syphilis can stay in your body for many years and causes serious damage if left untreated.
Syphilis is shared when the parts of your body you use for sex, or the skin surrounding those areas, come in skin to skin contact with a syphilis sore. Since Syphilis sores can occur in hard to inspect places (like inside your butthole or vagina) and they are generally painless, you or your partner may not even notice it is there. Also, since the sores can occur around your sexy areas (mouth, butthole, vagina, penis) a condom or dental dam might not cover an unnoticed sore.
You may or may not see the symptoms of syphilis. It also may look like other things. Because it is so easy to share it, it is really important to check in regularly to see if you have it.
HIV is a virus that attacks and breaks down your body’s immune system, putting you at greater risk for infections and making it harder to get better when you catch something. If HIV does enough damage to your immune system it causes AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome). HIV is not yet curable but when HIV is managed well with chronic treatment, the virus does not cause AIDS and those living with it can resume a largely uninterrupted life.
When someone first gets HIV it can look like any general illness. It can cause a fever, chills, aches, swollen lymph nodes and fatigue. It can also look like nothing. If untreated, the HIV will slowly(or quickly for some individuals) progress to AIDS. This is when your body’s defense has been weakened by the virus and you become more susceptible to other illnesses because you can’t defend yourself from them or fight them off.
HIV is carried in vaginal fluid, cum, pre-cum and blood and is shared when those fluids, from a person living with HIV, get into your bloodstream. This often happens through tiny breaks in your skin, so small you don’t notice them. Think about ways that blood or cum can get into your bloodstream. Unprotected sex, sharing tools to use drugs at a party, trying a new rough thing in the bed without protection, bottoming without a condom.
You CANNOT get HIV from hugging, shaking hands, sharing utensils or other forms of casual contact. You also can’t get it from kissing, but if both partners have open sores or wounds in their mouth and there is blood shared this may transmit it.
HIV does not always present itself in obvious ways. If you are sexually active, the best way to know is to get tested regularly.

We recommend being tested every 1-3 months which is why we offer subscription plans to make it as easy as possible to manage your health.
